Bongani Zwane is the Chief Executive of Happy Business Solutions. As CE, he leads the firm from both a strategic and operational standpoint, ensuring alignment between business vision, client delivery, and sustainable growth.

Bongani’s experience spans strategy consulting, accounting, and ICT-enabled solutions, with a strong focus on designing and delivering technology-driven systems that address complex organisational and public-sector challenges. His work includes extensive participation in innovation-led environments, where he has developed and contributed to award-winning solutions. These include a municipal revenue optimisation system for the City of Ekurhuleni, which earned mayoral recognition for its impact, a safety and risk management system engineered at the BCX Headquarters Hackathon, and an AI-powered science and mathematics learning platform developed at the Lelapa AI Hackathon to support education in native South African languages. He was also medalled at the Security Summit Hackathon as one of the top-performing innovators for his fintech solution for SMMEs. A significant amount of his time is spent on driving the growth of the firm, from a client acquisition and recruitment perspective.
